About Doghaus
Doghaus specialises in Travel and Outdoor Accessories for Dogs, like Backpacks, Lifejackets, Portable Feed Bowls and lots more.
Our lifestyle revolves around our Collie Dogs Mini Mee and Jack, and now puppy Bruiser whether its walking in the Lake District, motorhoming around Northumberland or a cycle ride around Carsington Water, they always love to take part.
Thats why when we saw these products in early 2004 we knew we had to make them available to people who share a love for the great outdoors, hence we set up Doghaus.
We try to make our business as environmentally friendly and sustainable as possible.

a website for scrapbookers, cardmakers, journalers and altered art/mixed media fans.
Delivery/Postage & Packing
We process orders as soon as we can, if possible the same day, if not usually the next working day (Mon - Fri) whereever possible.
All parcels under 1.5kg are sent out via the post office for several reasons; we believe in supporting our local post office, we like the fact that most parcels will be delivered with your normal mail, so no extra mileage is being caused and lastly we find it the most cost effective.
Delivery charges are based on the products weight, which we believe is the fairest way to charge. You can specify at the checkout which type of Postage you prefer, or if you telephone the order over, please again let us know which method you prefer.
Any parcels over 1.5kg will be sent by DHL Courier or Royal Mail Standard Parcels, unless you specifically choose the DHL option.
Times quoted for delivery are the times from when the order is processed by us, not from when the order is placed by you.
If the item you want is urgently needed, please contact us via phone to see if we have the item in stock and which is the best way of getting the item to you in time, as we can advise you on your options and the cost of each.
Faulty Returns
If your goods purchased from us within 12 months have developed a fault due to manufacturing, please inform us and we will advise you on whether to return to us, wait for a spare part, or exchange direct with the manufacturer.
Other Returns
If you are not happy with your product, or it is the wrong size, please return it to the address on the invoice, within 28 days, in an unmarked, resellable condition, free of dog hair, with any tags still attached, for an exchange or refund. (ex p&p). Good must be returned to us (the supplier) at your own cost.
