A Bike rack which has been specially designed to fix onto a seat post at the rear or handlebars at the front. Unlike conventional racks, this can be used with Mountain Bikes which have suspension, see the picture of it fitted to my Scott Mountain Bike with rear suspension in the picture to the left.
If you want to use this rack with the USB you will also need the Bike Adapter, which fits to the rack and connects to the USB.
